My training is focused on getting mid-aged females moving again, with simple, everyday movements, to gain confidence, create healthy habits that last a lifetime, and ultimately feel and look better.

This option offers both outdoor and live virtual do-at-home, 45 min sessions, which are fun, varied, keeping you interested, and motivated.
And don't worry - some have joined with apprehension and fear, that they won't be able to do it, or keep up, or enjoy it, BUT have then found... it was FUN! They CAN do it! They DID keep up! And they keep turning up. So why not try it. Take ACTION now. I am here to support and encourage you.
Classes cater for all-comers, and in particular beginners, and up to the more advanced. There are always various exercise options offered, to enable you to work at your pace, and at your level. All training is focused to help you move better, with improved stability, to create a fitter and stronger you. There will be a variety of body-weight exercises, low-impact resistance strength work, along with a mix of higher intensity cardio, and some core exercises.
OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING
Outdoor exercise reduces your stress, improves your mood, and enhances your self-esteem. It can be just what you need to kickstart the lifestyle you want. And also top up your Vit-D as an added bonus.

* NOTE: To comply with current COVID rules, there will be a check-in protocol, along with strict adherence to social distancing, along with plenty of antiseptic wipes. There will be no sharing of equipment.
VIRTUAL LIVE GROUP TRAINING
Join from anywhere, for a fun-filled session, you can do at home. All you need is a phone, tablet or computer, and internet access. Along with the space of a yoga mat.
As long as you have booked in, and paid, you will be sent a link to the session. The sessions vary through the week and are conducted live.

- Wed 08:15 - 08:45
- Thur 06:15 - 06:45 (30 mins)
- Thur 08:15 - 09:00
- Thur 09:30 - 10:15
T&Cs for all classes:
- unless otherwise stated, are 45 mins, including warm-up and cooldown;
- must be booked and paid for at least 6 hours in advance;
- will always be held, as scheduled, as long as there is at least ONE booking;
- adherence to COVID government guidelines will be strictly followed (see disclaimer below)
