WHICH PROGRAM IS FOR YOU?
BLAST OFF Package: Most of my clients come to me to 'lose weight'. The best way to achieve this is a balance of 'sensible' eating, and 'regular' exercise. This program addresses BOTH of these, with simple progression with both diet and exercise, at a rate that you can maintain.
POWER UP Package: Changing both diet and starting exercise can be daunting. Too much change can lead to a sense of failure, even before we get started. So quite often clients prefer to gain confidence and start to feel fitter, and moving better, by getting used to a regular exercise program, customised to their needs and goals, before then addressing their diet.
BEGINNER Package: This is a cost-effective introduction to an online training program. This is not just a 'do it yourself, at home' program. Unlike other internet 'generic' programs, this program comes with regular sessions scheduled, daily reminders, fitness and nutrition tips, and ongoing support and motivation.
