My training is focused on getting mid-aged females moving again, with simple, everyday movements, to gain confidence, create healthy habits that last a lifetime, and ultimately feel and look better.
I'm here to guide and support you into taking ACTION, to have you being the Boss of your Body, with a safe, effective, bespoke personal training program, designed for you, set at a level and pace that YOU CAN achieve, and to fit your lifestyle.
With group training (both virtual and in-person*), online personal training via a super easy-to-use mobile app, and hybrid personal training (comes with an online app and 1-2-1 virtual or in-person training sessions) there is an option that fits with your lifestyle, availability, and budget.
There is no need to travel, no gym membership or equipment required, no feeling awkward in front of others, just simple, effective sessions set to progress at a level and pace that you can achieve, and at a schedule that works for you.
You can join in fun group sessions with other like-minded females, either via the live virtual sessions or if local (SE7) join an outdoor session.*
You can get training sessions loaded to a simple to use mobile app, personalised just for you, scheduled to fit around your commitments, with full support and accountability.
You can also get 1-2-1 sessions, either virtual or in-person (if local)* to build your confidence, and get that critical feedback and support, to create healthy habits from the start.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, complete an event, or simply walk the dog without feeling like you've run a marathon, I can help!
Training with a variety of clients, and as a more mature trainer, I fully appreciate and cater to the creaky knee, the achy shoulder, or a dodgy hip. I understand life can challenge our priorities, and that there are constant work and family commitments.
